I work closely with clients across Reno and Sparks, helping them navigate everything from competitive offers to getting a deal all the way to the finish line. Whether it is stepping into a new home or successfully closing on a sale, I stay hands-on and involved so nothing gets missed along the way. Public records show my involvement in both listing and buyer-side transactions throughout the area, reflecting a consistent presence in the local market.

 

I am not someone who overcomplicates things. Real estate already has enough moving parts, so I focus on keeping communication clear, expectations realistic, and the process as smooth as possible. My clients know where they stand, what is coming next, and how we are going to get there.

 

At the same time, I understand that every situation is different. Some moves are exciting, some are stressful, and most are a mix of both. I adapt to that and meet people where they are, making sure they feel supported without being overwhelmed.

 

What matters most to me is showing up the same way every time. Being responsive, staying organized, and following through. It is not about big promises; it is about doing the work and making sure the details are handled the right way.
