Fantastic realtor. I used to be in sales so I am always skeptical of peoples character in sales jobs. Tyler not only treated us like real people but was very real, honest, and professional through our proccess. He helped my wife and I buy our first home and he stuck with us through a 6+ month proccess without ever coming off as pushy or making us feel rushed. He was great with acknowledging my wife as a key figure in our household and not just addressing me directly. He was also great at including our son and making him feel comfortable and special. When finding the right real estate agent, I believe there are several factors to account for that Zillow does not measure. These are real estate knowledge, communication skills, and being a good person. Tyler excels in all these areas, along with what Zillow aggregates in the ratings.Tyler helped my wife and me sell our condo and buy our new home during this tumultuous economic and real estate environment. The process of working with Tyler initially started in the fall when we had been placed in a bad situation by another relator. Tyler offered his expertise by giving a second opinion without wanting anything in return. He was fine with us moving forward with that situation, although he would not receive any compensation, and the other relator would. We decided to pull out due to several factors we assessed, but it spoke to his character that he was willing to help because he felt like that was the right thing to do rather than worry about his compensation.Therefore, when we were ready to start the home buying and selling process again, we turned to Tyler and were impressed by his wisdom with navigating the process. He helped us obtain the best deal possible by displaying subtle expertise in negotiating while continuously valuing our insights and ultimately allowing us to drive the deals.
